The graft is harvested from the sun-protected donor area behind the ear, where cells are younger and more active. It is processed through Relyzer blades in saline or PRP and, after rapid filtration, becomes ready for injection.

Thousands of custom-designed blades inside, process tissue fragments at a micro level and release cells together with their own microenvironment (ECM and growth factors); it is designed to preserve viability.

Relyzer 150 µm Security Filtration
The suspension is passed through the Relyzer 150 µm in a single pass; large and unwanted tissue fragments are filtered out, resulting in a homogeneous, safely injectable form.
Clinical Evidence
In a randomized controlled study (Gentile P, JPRAS Open 2026), autologous micrografts prepared with the Dermograft platform were compared with a hyaluronic acid (HA) skin booster (n=20+20, 12-month follow-up). In the study group, significant superiority was observed in wrinkle severity and skin elasticity:
