Extracting fat tissue is very comfortable with the single-use special negative pressure device that can be attached to the 50ml syringe inside.
The single-use cannula, 12.5cm long and 2.4mm in diameter, makes extracting adipose tissue safe and easy.
The single-use decanting apparatus is a great helper for filtering adipose tissue and obtaining more high-quality fat tissue.

At this stage, although the SVF cells are not in a pure state, the fat tissue largely loses its function and becomes SVF-rich fat tissue.
2400 Microns
First, we use this blade. This blade allows us to cut through any fibrous tissue, preventing blockages that could occur in subsequent steps.
If you are performing procedures that require thick fat application, you can inject using an 18G cannula after passing the tissue through this blade. It can be injected into the SMAS or subcutaneous layer.
1200 Microns
We then pass the 2400-micron processed tissue through the 1200-micron filters. The resulting product contains small particles with both volumizing and regenerative potential. It can be injected into the subcutaneous layer.
600 Microns
Finally, we process the tissue that has passed through 1200 microns at 600 microns, and now we target the SVF group consisting of pericytes, mesenchymal stem cells, and endothelial cells with high regenerative potential from the connective tissue between fat cells, rather than the fat cells themselves.
Relyzer Blade Technology
Although the blades appear to be snowflake-shaped, their purpose is to increase the surface area of the fat tissue for greater friction. These surfaces have been developed using special techniques that enable micron-level separation. As the fat tissue passes through the blades, the cells are scraped away, releasing their contents.
In a single pass, over 3,000 blades on a 600-micron blade simultaneously scrape the tissue, revealing its potential.
What do Relyzer Blade Colors Mean?
Although blades are sized in microns, they are ultimately injected using needles or cannulas. To prevent mixing and to indicate which needle they can be used with, they are coated in universal needle colors.
