Injectable ExoSelf(tm) Autologous Exosome
DISCOVER technology that opens up new HORIZONS.
The world’s first proven trillion-dose exosome system. It is safe, utilizing a closed system that can be prepared in a clinical setting without requiring special equipment, and it is classified as a CE-certified medical device.
It offers the ability to administer safe, high-dose injections that are free from the risks and usage restrictions associated with low-dose plant- or animal-derived exosome products.

The first autologous exosome publication
Why Autologous Exosomes Are Important?
Exosomes, unlike cells, are not activated because they are already active to enter every cell with the receptors on them.
Exosomes contain miRNA and mRNA, as well as growth factors and many other proteins important for tissue regeneration.
It is almost risk-free because it is obtained from the person’s own tissue.
It is much more effective than most off-the-shelf products, which contain up to 100 billion doses, whereas autologous exosomes contain trillions of doses.

We have eliminated the need for high-tech and expensive equipment to produce exosomes. All you need to produce trillions of exosomes from your own blood is the ExoSelf kit and a centrifuge.
It offers a high platelet recovery rate with 4x 10ml sodium citrate included REONEER PRP Tubes.
Platelet activation is triggered with the specially designed Relyzer blade.
And most importantly, the 2x10ml Advanced PRX Tube, with its patented, specially textured inner surface, facilitates exosome release.
All you need to do is collect and inject trillions of exosomes.

Richer than PRP
The main side effect of obtaining high-concentration PRP is that leukocytes also become enriched along with platelets. This can increase inflammation. On the other hand, platelets are highly prone to clumping when concentrated, which limits their movement at the injection site. Exosomes can concentrate all the biobenefits of platelets in a very small volume.
More active than PRP
It is difficult to be sure whether platelets will secrete growth factors when they are not activated. Even if they are activated, it is difficult to be sure that these growth factors will be transported to the cells. However, exosomes have receptors like cells and can easily enter target cells. Beyond being active, they are like envelopes with an address written on them. And this envelope has much more than just growth factors; it is ready for genetic modulation of cells with mRNA and miRNA.

Make it in 3 simple steps
Obtaining Pure PRP
Get a high platelet yield with a 10 ml anticoagulant tube and a super fast protocol only 4 minutes.
Activate the Platelets
Start platelet activation within 1 minute by passing it a few times through the finely engineered stainless-steel blades
Release the Exosomes
Place the plasma into our patented technology tubes and enjoy a coffee—within 25 minutes, trillions of exosomes will be ready for you.
Where is it used?
Autologous therapy can be used anywhere where platelet-rich
plasma is used as a treatment. Moreover, it is much more active and
has a much higher dose.
Most Common Indications:
Hair treatments
It can achieve the results obtained with PRP in three sessions in just one session.
It plays an important role in increasing the vascularization of hair follicles.
Facial rejuvenation
It increases collagen and elastic synthesis by providing genetic activation at the cellular level.
While stimulants such as laser and dermapen are required in combination with PRP, autologous exosomes do not require stimulants to be active.
Joint and cartilage
Its regenerative effect at the cellular level can initiate cartilage regeneration at the right stages. It is effective in tendon injuries.
It is very effective in relieving pain with its high anti-inflammatory effect.
Therapeutic
It has demonstrated its effectiveness in wound treatments by increasing microvascularization and tissue signalization.
Ophthalmology
It is effective in treating corneal ulcers, dry eye sendrome and delaying retionesis pigmentosa problems.
Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
It is effective in wound healing in this area due to its effect on hard and soft tissue.
Proven results
NanoSight Analysis
In 10cc Totally 5,78 Trillions of Exosome
Average size : 120nm +/-15
Vesicle measurements were performed using the NanoSight NS300. (Measurements were performed at Yeditepe University.)
Flow Cytometry Analysis
Not every vesicle is an exosome. The most accurate results are obtained by characterizing exosomes using flow cytometry.
Viability: 98.9% (7 AAD)
Nearly all are platelet-derived: Over 98%: CD41, CD61, CD9
Immunophenotypic measurements were performed using Beckman Coulter DxFLEX Flow Cytometry system, and the evaluation was completed with the CytExpert DFLEX software program. (Measurements were done at the Privite Deren Laboratory.)
Leukocyte-derived Exosomes: Negligible: 0.3% (CD45)
At the same time, there are almost no leukocyte-derived exosomes, which are also scarce at 0.3%.

CD45 (Pan Leukocyte Marker): 0.3%
CD41 (Platelet GPIIb, IIb Integrin): 99.4%
